Terms of Service
These terms govern use of DivineShield, provided by DivineShield, operated by Le Quang Tay. By installing or using the service, the merchant accepts these terms.
Effective date: August 17, 2026
Service and pricing
DivineShield helps merchants configure Source-to-Target store pairs and supported cart transfers. The service is free at launch. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing a fee, and continued use of a paid feature would require the merchant's agreement where required.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must have authority to connect each shop; provide accurate configuration; maintain Shopify accounts, products, prices, inventory, tax, shipping, customer notices, and legal compliance; review mappings; test the experience; and monitor orders. Merchants must not misuse the service, evade controls, interfere with operations, or infringe another party's rights.
Shopify relationship
DivineShield is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify. Shopify is a third-party platform governed by its own terms. Changes to Shopify or a merchant's configuration may affect DivineShield.
Availability and changes
We aim for reasonable availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, internet failures, platform changes, or circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt the service. Features may change where reasonably necessary, with notice for material changes when practicable.
Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, noncompliance with these terms, or threats to the service or others. When appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Termination and deletion
A merchant may stop using and uninstall DivineShield at any time through Shopify Admin. We may terminate service for a material or repeated breach, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice when practicable. Upon uninstall, DivineShield immediately disables stored access credentials, deactivates active routing pairs, and executes data deletion or anonymization through verified compliance webhooks in accordance with our Privacy Policy, legal duties, and backup cycles.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DivineShield is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. For direct claims, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts the merchant paid for the service during the preceding twelve months or USD 100. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, and rights under mandatory consumer law remain unaffected.
