First install
- Open the DivineShield installation link while signed in to the intended Shopify store.
- Review the requested permissions and approve installation.
- Complete embedded onboarding and confirm the workspace details.
Add a shop
From the embedded app, choose the option to add a shop, enter its exact myshopify.com domain, and complete authorization while signed in as an authorized user of that shop.
Approval status
A new workspace or shop may show a pending approval status. Cart routing remains inactive until the required approvals are complete. If a status does not update after approval, reopen the embedded app and contact support with the shop domain.
Catalog sync
Run catalog sync after both shops are connected and whenever products or variants materially change. Confirm that active products, variants, SKUs, options, and prices appear as expected before pairing.
Activate a pair
Select an approved Source shop and approved Target shop in the same workspace. Configure mappings or a supported default, verify catalog health, save the pair, activate the pair, and test with a low-risk cart.
Troubleshooting
- Item does not map: sync both catalogs and check variant SKU, options, activity, and pair health.
- Cart does not transfer: confirm the pair and both shops are active and approved, then verify the Source extension is enabled.
- Unexpected Target cart: deactivate the pair until mappings and prices have been reviewed.
- Installation loop: allow required cookies, reopen from Shopify Admin, and try a current browser.
Uninstall or reauthorize
Request uninstall through Shopify Admin. DivineShield automatically receives Shopify's uninstall webhook, immediately disables the stored authorization, and deactivates routing pairs. To reauthorize later, reinstall DivineShield from Shopify Admin, complete authorization again, confirm approval, resync the catalog, and review pairs before activation.

To raise a data access, correction, or deletion request with the merchant contact, email anna.cs.support@gmail.com from an address associated with the merchant and identify the relevant shop domain.
